About The Author
David Demko, PhD is a gerontologist, an expert on aging. Demko is a lifestyle columnist for Blender's Maxim Magazine and his work has been featured in Marie Claire and Glamour. He has appeared on London's BBC radio, Sony Television's nationally syndicated, daily talk show Life & Style, and is frequently quoted in leading newspapers and magazines throughout the US, including Forbes Magazine and the NY Times.
